The Head - Strategic Foresights & Insights (SIFT) for Pharmaceuticals will be the team's therapeutics and healthcare-system expert, responsible for translating complex pharma area dynamics into clear, decision-ready insights and future-facing implications for brand and portfolio teams.

• Be the internal point person for therapeutic area understanding (disease landscape, patient pathways, adherence barriers).
• Maintain strong working knowledge of the Philippine pharma environment: key players and local practice patterns.
• Provide practical interpretation of what market movements mean for brand performance and portfolio opportunities.

2) Data & Analytics Leadership (IQVIA-type / Pharma Data)
