The Head Sushi Chef is responsible for leading all sushi bar operations, ensuring the highest standards in quality, authenticity, and presentation of sushi and Japanese-inspired dishes. This role requires mastery of traditional Japanese techniques, precision in handling raw seafood, and the ability to innovate within Japonesa's Japanese–Peruvian fusion concept. The Head Sushi Chef oversees sushi bar staff, maintains food safety standards, and ensures an exceptional culinary experience for guests.
