Head, Sustainability

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Head of Sustainability to lead the Bank’s sustainability agenda across the organization. This role will drive enterprise‑wide ESG strategy, sustainable finance initiatives, regulatory compliance, carbon management, and stakeholder engagement—ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory expectations and value‑based intermediation principles.

The role is critical in positioning the Bank as a responsible financial institution and sustainability leader within the Malaysian financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the Bank’s sustainability and ESG strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Integrate sustainability principles into business, risk and governance frameworks.
• Provide strategic advisory to Senior Management and the Board on sustainability matters.
