Qualification: BE / B. Tech / M.Sc. / M. Tech - Chemistry

NPDs (Product validation) and Benchmarking:

• Stay well informed with all NPD initiatives of the R&D / coordinate and witness all inhouse Mockup trials with R&D & application team.
• Visit identified customers for conducting product specific trials.
• Lead all new Products field trials at customer site, during Product under Launch (PUL) stage to convert to business.
• Do complete validation & application study of cost engineered products with S&M team
• To conduct existing products trials at new customer sites for horizontal replication of the business.
• Document all joint trial reports and visit Reports and interact with R&D product developers with technical facts and figures
• Undertakes testing, evaluation of products vis.A.Vis customers need and recommend the right product and/or products system;
