Head Technical Training

Broad Job responsibilities not limited to:

1. Lead the technical training team to ensure smooth and flawless implementation of the training modules
2. Review current technical training strategy and modify as per field requirement
3. Manage the Technical Training Programs for Dr. Fixit, Roff etc for field employees & Applicators
4. Increase the training activities for own DFI training centres
5. Develop additional training centres at regional level
6. Ensure maximum technical training coverage for internal staff and applicators
7. Develop training evaluation for the courses conducted
8. Provide technical support to field staff wherever required

Candidate Profile:

BE Civil with 20-25 years’ experience in managing pan India Technical Training process for Construction/ Construction Chemical/ Cement Industry
