Job Description
1. Understands and carries out IT support in line
with Vision and Mission, philosophy, Goals and
Objectives that suit the scope of IT services
and the hospital.
2. Understands the service organization structure.
3. Attends meetings held by the services in order
to discuss issues and matters pertaining to the
operation of the service.
4. Receives calls from staff and provides IT
support.
5. Ensures the following are properly carried:
- Backup
- Trouble shoot
- Implementation of new projects
- Management of master files
- Preventive maintenance
- Procurement
- Security
6. Supervises IT staff in daily running of IT
Services
7. Informs the Operations Manager when changes
occur in circumstances that affect standard of
IT Services
