DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
Purpose of the job This role is a critical leadership position within APAC, created to strengthen execution discipline, improve EBITDA performance, and accelerate value creation across the region.
As the organization transitions from a high-growth phase to a more mature and competitive environment, this function will act as a
central performance engine
, ensuring that key business levers (pricing, demand, operations, and customer support) are managed with consistency, discipline, and a strong bottom-line focus.
Beyond operational oversight, the role will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and delivering
cross-functional value creation initiatives
