Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Head Waiter to lead our Waiting Team and assist with the restaurant & Champagne Bar. You will be required to run sections during restaurant service as well as assisting high end events. 
Located within the iconic St Pancras International Station, St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys is home to the longest Champagne bar in Europe and offers the ideal escape to sit back and soak up the charm of the magnificent station.
