I. JOB SUMMARY
The Head Waiter is responsible for supervising the service team and ensuring excellent customer service in the resto-bar. This role ensures smooth service operations, coordinates with the kitchen and bar teams, and maintains high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead and oversee the waitstaff during daily operations.
· Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
· Manage table assignments, seating arrangements, and service flow.
· Monitor dining area cleanliness, table setup, and overall ambiance.
· Assist in training new waiters on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer handling.
· Conduct free-shift meeting or briefings.
· Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to the service team.
