The Role
We're looking for an experienced Head Waiter / Front of House Lead to take ownership of front-of-house service in an ingredient-driven café focused on fresh, seasonal food. This is a hands-on, physically active role in a farm setting that requires confidence, strong numerical skills, and solid café experience.
You'll lead the floor, manage service flow, handle payments, and set the tone for calm, efficient hospitality.
