Job Description & Role:
The role is customer service oriented and responsible for the overall experience of the guests.
•Manage the food and beverage service in a hospitality outlet or unit.
•Responsible for the customers experience.
•Coordinate all actions involving customers such as welcoming guests, ordering, delivering the food & beverages and supervise financial transactions.
•Take drink & food orders, communicate specials, recommend items, and manage the overall care of our guests.
•Responsible for timing food courses, and making sure the overall flow of the meal is proper.
•Comfortable with the guests, presentable and friendly, while maintaining a professional attitude.
•Able to recommend specialty cocktails and wines, and must be able to multi task while staying cool under all situations
