REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably two years experience as Captain waiter in Hotel/Resort Industry
• College degree preferred
• Lead the service team, ensuring smooth dining operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Able to resolve guest complaints/concerns promptly and professionally.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Must have professional appearance and demeanor.
