JOB OVERVIEW
Plan A Technologies is looking for an experienced headcount to own payroll coordination and accounts payable processing for a multi-branch, multi-state organization. This role is hands-on and detail-intensive and is best suited for someone who has already run payroll reviews and high-volume AP, not someone looking to learn payroll for the first time.
You will coordinate payroll inputs and reviews using Paycom (external processor) and manage AP in Accuracy, compliance, follow-through, and discretion are critical.
Please note: you must have at least 3+  years of hands-on payroll and accounts payable experience to be considered for this role. Candidates without direct payroll review experience or multi-state exposure will not be considered.
