We are representing our client seeking an experienced Head/Director Risk Control to lead end-to-end trading, client behavioral, liquidity, and regulatory risk management for a multi-licensed FX/CFD brokerage platform. This role carries full ownership of A/B Book strategy, exposure management, hedging execution, and real-time risk governance.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute the overall trading risk control strategy, overseeing A-Book / B-Book routing, STP, Market Making, and Hybrid execution models
Manage platform-wide exposure limits (by instrument, client, and trade direction) and implement emergency response mechanisms for abnormal market conditions (price gaps, slippage, liquidity shortages)
Monitor and control abnormal trading behaviors including HFT, arbitrage, latency trading, scalping, grid, martingale strategies, hedging abuse, and EA-driven activity
Develop tiered client risk frameworks (Retail, High-Risk, Institutional, EA)...
