We are representing our client seeking an experienced Head/Director Risk Control to lead end-to-end trading, client behavioral, liquidity, and regulatory risk management for a multi-licensed FX/CFD brokerage platform. This role carries full ownership of A/B Book strategy, exposure management, hedging execution, and real-time risk governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the overall trading risk control strategy, overseeing A-Book / B-Book routing, STP, Market Making, and Hybrid execution models
• Manage platform-wide exposure limits (by instrument, client, and trade direction) and implement emergency response mechanisms for abnormal market conditions (price gaps, slippage, liquidity shortages)
