Genuine School is a K-12 online school founded as a startup, with over 500 students from Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Brazil, and Mexico. Our mission is to provide high-quality bilingual education that is accessible from anywhere in the world, transforming the lives of thousands of students and shaping the future of Latin America.

You're our perfect candidate IF:

• You hold a degree or are freshly graduated in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• You are fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese (C1 spoken and written)
• You have +2 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related area.
• You are comfortable using multiple recruitment platforms and tools.
