Heading Setter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ndividual to join the Heading team on site. The main purpose of this role is to produce fasteners to strict tolerances to certain specifications. Once signed off the post holder will demonstrate the ability to be able to set, operate and change-over state-of-the-art machinery utilising different materials whilst controlling the heat factor and ensuring quality standards are achieved.









+ To be the first point of contact in the help chain for team members for support in problem solving with ongoing production.



+ Adhere to training plan with regular progress meetings with supervisor/team leaders



+ Maintain full compliance with Howmet policies and procedures and conduct all activities in accordance with the Howmet Guide to Business Conduct.
