Headteacher

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in alignment with the school’s vision and ethos.

• Provide instructional Leadership and day-to-day management of the school.

• Supervise, lead and motivate teaching and support staff.

• Ensure compliance with TSC and Ministry of Education standards.

• Maintain and promote the school’s Christian values.

• Report to the Board on academic performance and general school development.

• Ensure that learning facilities are clean, hygienic and safe for learning.

• Collaborate with parents, church representatives, and stakeholders for overall school

growth.



Qualifications & Requirements

• Relevant teaching qualifications at least a Minimum of a Diploma in Primary Teacher

Education (DPTE) or Education.

• Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).

• Minimum 3 years teaching experience; at least 1 year in a leadership role.
