Headwaters Health Nurse Float Pool

Practice nursing with compassion at Headwaters Health Care Centre as a Registered Nurse in the Medical/Surgical Float Pool. This temporary full-time position is designed for those passionate about holistic patient care.
You will be integral to our Medical/Surgical Float Pool, responsible for administering both general and specialized care to patients. Applicants should hold a nursing diploma or higher and preferably possess recent experience in various clinical settings, including palliative and rehabilitation care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing duties in a float capacity
• Uphold best practices according to CNO guidelines
• Work across multiple departments for patient transfers
• Monitor and interpret complex cardiac rhythms
• Collaborate actively with the healthcare team daily
Requirements:
• Current registration with Ontario College of Nurses
• Minimum diploma in Nursing, BScN preferred
• Recent clinical experience required
