Being responsible to provide technical support and management oversight in Health, Nutrition and MHPSS (H&N&MHPSS) programme with focus on strengthening the quality of proposals and implementation in close coordination with the Deputy Country Director (DCD) and supporting the Country Director (CD) to lead the H&N strategy development and monitoring
Working and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, consortium partners, and experts and field offices in developing and implementing programs in line with approved program documents, technical standards and in line with national and international standards
Identifying and supporting the capacity strengthening of stakeholders in H&N, developing integrated programming, ensuring systematically mainstreaming cross cutting issues and advocacy initiatives in the Philippines
