Health and Safety Administrator

About the Role

Currently Technica is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Health and Safety Administrator in Sudbury. The successful candidate will provide administrative support by working closely with the Health, Safety, Environment and Training Supervisor in order to assist with department initiatives; input training records, coordinate training, assist with procedure writing, prepare risk assessments, participate in incident investigations, and perform other clerical duties such as preparing and editing spreadsheets, presentations, letters, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site team with procedure writing, developing risk assessments, investigations and serve as a resource for superintendents
• Manage training coordination, update training matrixes, schedule site inductions and 3rd party training
• Review and upload completed training documents
