Health and Safety Advisor

Frog Recruitment is happy to be recruiting for a one-of-a-kind health and safety opportunity – in the events industry!

This role is to support the wider H&S team and the Business partners within the organisation to make their BAU processes more efficient, and to assist in rolling out a new H&S management system.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in the CBD, in a corporate office.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll do:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks throughout the event lifecycle, and risks within the organisation itself.

Develop and deliver engaging health and safety training programs to empower our events staff.

Conduct audits of event sites and activities to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

Analyze incident data, identify trends, and recommend proactive safety measures.
