As the Health and Safety Compliance Leader, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners. Your expertise will help in executing a capital plan and ensuring adherence to both Mondelez standards and local regulations. You will provide leadership in staff development and maintain effective communication across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Launch and supervise contractor initiatives for compliance support
• Manage project plans aligning with budget and timelines
• Coach team leaders on people processes and performance
• Ensure completion of compliance training programs
• Present project updates to the Steering Committee
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related area
• 10+ years of HSE experience
• Pursuing CRSP or CHSC designation...
