About the role
McConnell Dowell is working on the second stage of the Swanson Dock West Remediation Project at Port of Melbourne, through to late 2027.

As a HSE Manager, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the project’s safety management program, ensuring alignment with the McConnell Dowell Management System and Project Execution Plan. You will play a pivotal role in promoting a strong, positive safety culture across a complex marine construction environment involving heavy civil works, structural remediation, and high-risk construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of the project WHS Management Plan.
• Provide expert HSE advice to the Project Manager and leadership team.
