Job Description

Equans is looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join our team based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package. 
What will you deliver?
Management of SHEQ across the Regional Operational area to ensure all work is undertaken to external and internal standards and guidelines

Work with the SHEQ Managers, SHEQ Solutions BPs, CDM and Central SHEQ to utilise and maintain adequate systems to meet all statutory and EQUANS obligations

Ensure all reportable data (Near Misses, Accidents, RIDDORs, HiPos, LTIs, Incidents, LSV/MSV, Waste, Water, Energy, Social Initiatives, Volunteering etc.) is recorded accurately on the contract coach contracts, sites and individuals where required

Establish SHEQ Action Plans for each contract with the Contract Direct...
