Health and Safety Manager

MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking an HSE Manager to join our client, a leading construction firm delivering commercial, industrial, and residential projects across Canada and the United States. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Director of Health, Safety & Environment. The HSE Manager supports the Director in executing and continuously improving company-wide health, safety, and environmental programs. You will provide oversight and coaching to Construction Safety Officers and project teams, ensuring consistent application of the Safety Management System across all projects.
