The Opportunity

This is a senior Health and Safety leadership role within a large, well-established New Zealand manufacturing and processing business with operations across multiple sites, business units and risk environments.

The organisation has a mature culture and a clear appetite to continue lifting the way Health and Safety is led, owned and understood across the business. This is not a “policing” role. The successful person will bring structure, confidence and technical depth, but will achieve outcomes through influence, coaching, commercial judgement and strong internal relationships.
