Health and Safety Manager – Onsite – Puebla – Temporary – Contract based

Job Responsibilities

• Lead health, safety, and hygiene initiatives within the plant to strengthen prevention practices and ensure compliance across manufacturing and support areas.
• Develop, update, and implement EHS policies, procedures, manuals, instructions, and protocols to prevent occupational risks across the site.
• Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, detect unsafe conditions, and drive corrective and preventive actions in production and operational areas.
• Manage contractor safety activities, ensuring compliance with internal safety requirements, plant rules, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections in work areas to verify safe conditions, identify hazards, and follow up on action plans.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
