Health and Safety Technician

Description

We are looking for a local HSE technician in Spain with a hybrid profile across HSE, HR, and compliance. Based in Seville (hybrid model), this role is key to ensuring legal compliance in health & safety, environment, and quality while supporting the implementation of the integrated management system (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

You will act as a bridge between Global HSEQ and the local organization, working closely with HR and Operations to embed a strong safety culture, support compliance processes, and enhance employee well-being. The role also involves coordination with international teams and participation in audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
