This is an exciting opportunity to provide quality patient care at the Willow Creek Continuing Care Centre (Long Term Care setting). Nestled near the Porcupine Hills, Claresholm is a small, tight knit community close to many outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, and camping. The Health Care Aide (HCA) provides patient care services as an regulated worker under CLPHA and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The primary duties include: performing tasks related to activities of daily living, deescalating residents, working as a team, and ensuring comfort and safety of the patient at all times.
