The Role of a Health Care Aide

The Health Care Aide plays a vital role in our communities by impacting the lives of residents positively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain resident records and documentation in accordance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
2. Perform medication assistance and care tasks, including BP monitoring, catheter care, ROM assistance, mobility exercises, medication administration (eye drops, inhalers, nebulizers, PRN medication, insulin, transdermal patches, suppositories, topical ointments), as delegated or routine.
