About the Role

Transit Lounge is a 24‑hour, 7‑day unit that facilitates hospital flow by accommodating anticipated discharging and transferring patients from acute ward areas. It also supports clinic assessments and day‑case procedures. The unit encourages open, honest communication and dynamic professional development of all team members. You will work alongside Registered Nurses to support patient care and facilitate safe and timely discharge.
