Job Description
Primary Function of Position
The position will report to the Manager, Compliance & Ethics EMEA. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for conducting reviews related to the Marketing, Sales, Training, and Clinical activities, development, execution and corrective actions, and for ensuring disciplinary actions are issued, documented, tracked and inputted into the Department dashboard that can be presented to the Department leaders, Compliance Committee and Senior Management.
Responsibilities
Review Submissions
- The Compliance Specialist will work with internal customers and will review submissions sent to the Compliance Department. The Compliance Specialist ensures all departments are complying with Medtech rules and EMEA regulations.
Training
