As an integral member of the HOC Senior Staff Team and Health Care Team, the Health Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and overall well-being of all campers and staff. This position supports the smooth transition between weekly health care teams and serves as a key resource for campers, staff, and parents throughout each session. They provide guidance and assistance to ensure that all campers’ basic needs are met, oversee wellness routines, and help manage any health concerns that arise during the week. The Health Care Coordinator also mentors and collaborates with the Health Care Support person to ensure that all Camper and Staff Medical Health Forms are completed accurately and submitted on time.
