Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP) - Tauranga

This is a 0.6FTE position, 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief psychological interventions to our customers and practice evidence-based group programmes to them
• Provide consultation, education, and advice to our care team by identifying the unmet needs of our customers and their whanau
• Support local population health and work with our clinicians to develop intervention pathways based on practice needs.
