Your Opportunity

As a Clinical Coding Lead (CCL), you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of clinical coding in accordance with national and provincial coding standards, directly supporting organizational decision‑making, patient care outcomes, and regulatory reporting. You will be responsible for managing work queues in Connect Care (CC), the Provincial Clinical Information System (CIS) and you will support the growth and development of Clinical Coding Specialists (CCS) through training, auditing and mentoring. In this position you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for continuous improvements to clinical documentation and workflow efficiencies within CC with a patient centric focus. Applicants will be required to pass a provincial coding proficiency test with a score of 70% prior to advancing to the interview.
