Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Health Team. Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including onboarding and career growth support. Manage departmental operations, budgets, and financial performance. Allocate resources effectively to meet productivity and quality targets. Review and improve processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and output. Establish controls and reporting systems to monitor team performance.
