A pioneering Health & Medical organization is seeking a motivated sales professional for an office-based role in Burgess Hill. Candidates should have experience in sales, ideally telephone-based, and possess strong skills in empathy and objection handling. The position offers a base salary of £28,000 with a commission plan that yields an OTE of around £35,000. Full training will be provided to support sales efforts in nurturing customer relationships and closing sales.
