Health practitioner

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Occupational Health Practitioner to ensure the maintenance of a sustainable, healthy workforce. This role is responsible for establishing support functions that enhance employee health, safety, and productivity, while implementing systems that ensure compliance with all relevant legislation in an agricultural/rural environment. As a Health Practitioner, You Will Be Responsible For Occupational Health Monitor employee health, implement remedial actions, and correct deviations. Ensure compliance with legal requirements relating to occupational health and safety. Identify and control occupational and environmental hazards through continuous assessment and preventative measures. Manage adverse health effects arising from workplace conditions, including work‑related injuries, illness, rehabilitation, reintegration, and compensation.
