Health & Safety Administrator

The Health and Safety Administrator will provide effective and pro-active support, administration and coordination to the Health and Safety Officer to facilitate the Health and Safety department and programme.

Areas of responsibility:

• Provide all-round administrative support for and regularly liaise with the Health and Safety Officer
• Follow up on administration and coordination linked to Health and Safety
• Ensure that administrative systems, processes and databases are kept up to date - in particular any processes related to inspection – and inventory management
• Support the Health and Safety Officer in making a risk analysis when needed
• Liaise with IDEWE (external service for Health and Safety) and other services as required on any legal matters pertaining to the Codex for Welfare at Work
