Health & Safety Advisor

Our client is one of Australia's most established and respected construction materials businesses, operating since 1882 across more than 200 plants and facilities nationally. Backed by a major global building materials group, the organisation manufactures and supplies products across residential, infrastructure and industrial markets. The business is in an active phase of safety maturity uplift and cultural improvement, and this role sits at the centre of that work across the South Australia and Northern Territory portfolio.

THE ROLE

This is an individual contributor position within a national Health and Safety team, reporting directly to the SA/NT Health and Safety Manager. The role is operational in nature and requires a practitioner who is comfortable on the ground, trusted by frontline teams, and capable of navigating sites at varying stages of safety maturity.
