**About this role**



**Role Purpose**



Ensure compliance with Serbian occupational health and safety regulations while taking full responsibility for fire safety and emergency preparedness. This role will manage the Belgrade Fire Plan and support global initiatives for emergency action planning, placement of emergency supplies, and creation of emergency maps and tools.



**Key Responsibilities**



+ Develop and maintain the Belgrade Fire Plan in accordance with Serbian regulations and ensure readiness for fire and emergency scenarios.

+ Conduct and update Risk Assessment Act every 2 years after major changes.

+ Deliver employee safety training and onboarding sessions.

+ Coordinate fire drills, evacuation exercises, fire warden training, assembly point management and equipment readiness in partnership with Facilities Manager.
