Role & Purpose

Provide leadership, support and advice to the company, employees, and other interested parties, ensuring goals, objectives and expectations are managed and met including those identified in the wider context of the organisation’s commitments and legal obligations, ensuring the continued improvement and development cycle of the Company Management System (CMS), in line with company working practices and voluntary obligations ISO , & , taking ownership of required changes and implementation of systems to mitigate risk importation. Identify weaknesses via internal audits and site inspections, monitoring work conditions or unsafe acts on site, assist in managing unsafe conditions and advising on corrective actions, monitor the life cycle of corrective actions to ensure timely close out on issues identified.
