Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager

Description
The Safety, Quality and Environmental Specialist is responsible for supporting and improving environmental, health, safety and quality programs within a steel foundry environment. This role helps ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, foundry operating standards and internal policies while promoting a culture of safety, product quality, environmental stewardship and continuous improvement. The specialist works closely with production, maintenance, engineering and leadership teams to reduce risk, improve processes and support safe, efficient and high-quality foundry operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support the implementation and maintenance of safety, quality and environmental programs across melting, molding, pouring, finishing and material handling operations

+ Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, state environmental regulations and internal company standards
