Health & Safety Coordinator

At our 5 Corners facility in Chilliwack, we're looking for a Safety Coordinator who wants to own the floor. Someone who builds real trust with frontline workers, keeps the program running without being told, and treats documentation as a tool, not a burden. Donald's Fine Foods is a family-owned specialty meat processing company with six production facilities across BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. We operate three brands and we're growing. Our P&C team is actively building out enterprise OH&S infrastructure, and this role is at the center of that effort at the plant level.

THE ROLE
