As a Health and Safety Advisor, you’ll play a key role in promoting wellbeing, implementing safety standards, and ensuring compliance across our projects. As part of the Civil Operations team at Pomerleau Construction, you will support the growth of new and ongoing projects while challenging industry standards with your trade‑driven expertise and knowledge. Working on large‑scale building and infrastructure projects, ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion—you will collaborate closely with our proposals team and client groups to secure bids and contribute to overall project success.

Responsibilities

• Put your knowledge of Pomerleau’s Health and Safety program to work through advisement, mentorship and assistance with project teams to ensure company‑wide compliance;
