What You'll Own

• Leading the implementation of our Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001) and Environmental (ISO 14001) Management Systems
• Driving our Zero Harm program — setting goals, tracking KPIs, and closing the loop on actions
• Managing WSIB claims and Early & Safe Return to Work programs
• Conducting hazard assessments, audits, and incident investigations (with real corrective actions, not just paperwork)
