Health Safety Environment Engineer - Buildings

We are looking to hire a highly experienced HSE Engineer for a prestigious building construction project in Dubai, working on the Supervision Consultant side.

The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, and client standards.

• Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor contractor compliance with approved HSE plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Review and monitor Permit-to-Work systems and high‑risk activities.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
