Health, Safety & Environment Officer (HSE Officer)

To maintain a safe and healthy working environment in the organization as well as review and facilitate continuous improvement of health and safety management of the organizational facilities and processes.

• Promote and maintain employee safety by ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Provide continual health and safety training and awareness within all employees.
• Undertake health and safety inspection and audits maintaining appropriate records ensuring root causes are addressed with timely corrective action plans.
• Participate actively in all safety related events/campaigns held by the organization to ensure success of the events.
• Investigate HSE injuries and incidents to ascertain the root cause and ensure corrective actions leading to elimination/minimizing of the threats in the future are undertaken.
