Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator (Primary Care Paramedic)

You As a Health, Safety & Environment Coordinator Will

• Be responsible for safety orientation, job site inspections, onsite first aid assessment/treatment and accident/injury reports
• Monitor employees and subcontractors on site to ensure compliance to safety procedures and raise issues to resolution
• Proactively identify and prevent hazardous situations and take necessary measures to correct them
• Review subcontractors’ pre‑construction safety submittals
• Review and file subcontractors’ weekly safety submittals
• Organize and conduct training programs including WHMIS, fall protection, personal protection equipment, CPR/first aid
• Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual project health and safety statistics
• Create, maintain and educate all site staff on maintaining a safety‑first culture
